The Year Long Course

tackles different topics each month through workshops and personal mentor conversations. Together a plan of action is developed targeting the specific strengths and weaknesses of each leader and a grow system is set in place for the local church.

Mentorship Course Requirements

  • Monthly Large Group Workshop attendance
    • one time live session – interactions submitted via group or chat
    • can be viewed later – interactions submitted via email to mentor
  • Monthly Topic Questionnaire submitted prior to the 5th of each month
  • 2 Mentor conversations
    • 1st after the questionnaire is submitted – to create a plan of action for the month’s growth topic
    • 2nd is for implementation follow-up and assessment
  • 1 Group post regarding monthly topic – idea/question/inspiration/conversation starter
