It is our mission to help you not only survive in ministry but to succeed in the calling God has placed on your life to push back the darkness of this world by sharing Jesus Christ! KidMin Pathway is Your Pathway to Excellence in Ministry.
Pastor Lynn has been one the most influential people in my entire ministry. She has taught me countless strategies and practical techniques that are the core of how we do children’s ministry. She also has been a constant encourager in my ministry and always inspires us to do and be more. I’ll forever be thankful for her mentorship in my life!
Lynn Swank is the best out there! I have never learned more in ministry, then being mentored by her. I grew in my leadership skills, problem solving, delegation, and service organization. I walked out of my mentorship so confident in what I’m called to do and I felt like I was prepared for every circumstance!
