Mentorship -

Ministering to families with special needs children and teens is a privilege. We have set up a great solution for churches who God is trusting with these precious families. KidMin Pathway provides a Special Needs Workshop every single month as a part of our Year Long Course content. Together, with our mentor, Pastor Rachel Ritter, we learn new ideas, review policies and procedures and implement teaching effective strategies

The Year Long Course

tackles different topics each month through workshops and personal mentor conversations. Together a plan of action is developed targeting the specific strengths and weaknesses of each leader and a grow system is set in place for the local church.

Mentorship Course Requirements

Monthly Large Group Workshop attendance
- one time live session – interactions submitted via group or chat
- can be viewed later – interactions submitted via email to mentor
Monthly Topic Questionnaire submitted prior to the 5^th of each month
2 Mentor conversations
- 1^st after the questionnaire is submitted – to create a plan of action for the month’s growth topic
- 2^nd is for implementation follow-up and assessment
